You may search on as many fields as you like.  For example, all last names starting with Ku in Bronx County between 1939 and 1942.

Special Rule:

1. When entering a Surname you must enter at least 2 characters not including the wild card

2. You must select the correct radio button associated with a surname search

3. When entering a First Name you must also enter a county and year or surname

4. When entering a Certificate Number you must enter a County and a Year

5. When searching on years you must enter a Surname as well
   If you enter a start year alone you will get all years greater than the start year
   IF you enter a end year alone you will get all years less then the end year

6. When you select a county you must enter a Surname as well
