You may search on as many fields as you like.  For example, all last names starting with Kun given name starting with A.

Special Rules:

1. When entering a Surname you must enter at least 2 characters not including the wild card

2. You must select the correct radio button associated with a surname search

3. When entering a First Name you must also enter a surname
